Our professional drivers will help take pictures and make sure that you arrive safe and in style! |

Black Tie Limousine has the right to charge cleaning fees not limited to and including excessive wear and tear, damage of interior, vomit and/or breakage of glassware. Black Tie Limousine will charge you (as the client) or (as the passenger) the cost of cleaning or repairing the vehicle as a result of you or your authorized party for damage or getting sick in the vehicle. In the event that someone would get sick in one of the vehicles, Black Tie Limousine has the right to charge a one time fee of $100.00 for cleaning. You could avoid vomit charges by asking the driver to pull over. You also agree and acknowledge to pay all the related fees and charges to get the vehicle back to its normal working condition. Including but not limited to: Burned seats, torn seats, missing property, damage, broke glassware, missing glassware and smoke odors. No smoking is permitted in any of the vehicles. If in the unfortunate situation that one of our vehicles sustain a breakdown at anytime during your trip, Black Tie Limousine will obtain a car or cars to get you to your destination. We are not responsible for delay due to weather, trains or road conditions that are out of our control. All deposits are non-refundable. Black Tie Limousine has the right to terminate any ride due to misconduct. Black Tie Limousine has the right to keep the middle divider down at all times concerning all passengers riding under the age of 18. We will terminate the ride if anyone under the age of 21 is caught consuming alcohol. All out of town limousine and shuttle runs are subject to a mileage fee.
We reserve the right to charge additional Holiday fees. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% on cancelled transportation. All fees will be discussed before billed.
